Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Breath Workshop hosted by Slobreathworks, where you’ll discover the transformative power of intentional breathing.
There is precious power in a slow, intentional breath. It is easy to forget to breathe when we as individuals are busy creating, communicating, and collaborating since the nervous system is wired to allow the automatic process of breathing to go unnoticed. Take 30 minutes to intentionally breathe to reset the mind-body connection and remember who you are beyond the shoulds.
