– Infants to 14 years old to enter
– Must be a self-made costume (no store-bought costumes) GET CREATIVE!
– Tag Gabriel’s Touch Talent Development Service
Submissions accepted October 26-30. Social media will vote for their favorite costume. The 3 with the most likes will enter a final round. The people will vote for the finalist. Winner announced Oct 31st via FB Live.
