ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Ben Karlin has been practicing meditation for over a decade and a half, and has traveled around the world studying how different cultures and traditions approach this ancient practice. He began teaching meditation and mindfulness at a health clinic in northern Thailand, helping patients take a more active role in maintaining their health through a deeper understanding of the mind and body. Since then, Ben has worked with individuals, businesses, and organizations world-wide, founding Free Form Minds to empower people with an awareness of the inner resources available to them. He is also a qualified MBSR instructor trained at the UMASS Medical School Center For Mindfulness, and a Registered Yoga Teacher.
