CLASS TOPICS

Tackling Menopause will explain the nutritional science that makes a plant-based diet beneficial in addressing the hormone-related conditions that occur during menopause. We will review how a plant-based diet can lessen the impact of hot flashes, unpredictable emotions, changes in sexual function, and memory fog. 

  • See a short video with medical experts covering plant-based nutrition studies related to menopause
  • Watch a cooking demonstration to build knowledge and skills of plant-based meal preparation
  • Learn how to make three recipes you can enjoy at home to help with menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes
  • Explore useful resources and handouts related to plant-based eating
