Weightless – Hacks to start NOW!

If we want to feel EMPOWERED, we must stay focused on what we CAN CONTROL. Let’s come out of this with a stronger, healthier, leaner body using simple 60 second hacks!
For the next 3 weeks, we will focus on:
*INTENTIONAL, ON PURPOSE LIVING
*CHOICES VS HABITS
*CHANNELING POWERFUL PERSONAS
*ENGAGING IN 3-4 60 SECOND HACKS

HOW DO THOSE WORDS MAKE YOU FEEL? What memories do you have around them? Let me just put it out there – they are yucky words. And I can tell you, though I suspect you already know, if it’s not fun, it’s done!
