Weightless – Hacks to start NOW!

An event every week that begins at 5:00 PM on Monday, repeating until April 27th, 2020
SO many reactions to the changes we have been forced to make over the last 3 weeks, and it looks like we are going to be in for an even longer ride. How we look at time (as well as many other things) has certainly changed – many are feeling disoriented, frustrated and challenged on a daily basis. Keeping focused on things that UPLIFT and EMPOWER are key!
Let’s come out of this with a stronger, healthier, leaner body! Simple, micro activity steps, one at a time.
For the next 4 weeks, I will be discussing common issues and showing you how to solve them with Weightless strategies!

1. Fitting a workout into your day – LET’S TALK SPECIFICS!

2. Looking at food from a different perspective. LET’S BREAK IT DOWN! I promise you, it’s easier than you think.
