I don’t just talk about resilience—I’ve lived it, rebuilt from it, and now I teach others how to do the same.

I’m Jennifer Hendricks-Fogg—special needs mom, cancer mom, author, Aflac Benefits Advisor, speaker, and founder of the Logan Strong Foundation. My world shifted overnight when my son Logan was diagnosed with cancer at just 3.5 months old. What followed was trauma, survival mode, and a crash course in navigating systems most people never think about—medical, educational, financial, and emotional.

As the author of Tiny Miracles: A Mother’s Journey of Finding Faith through Childhood Cancer and the creator behind Ocho™ The Brave Little Octopus, I use storytelling not just to inspire—but to connect, educate, and give people something real to hold onto when life feels anything but.

Here’s what I’ve learned:
Burnout isn’t weakness—it’s a warning. And most caregivers, professionals, and leaders are ignoring it until it’s too late.
