Tell us who you are and what your business is. What is your business’s mission?

I’m Bonny Boice, a certified professional coach and founder of bgb consulting & retreats, llc. With 35+ years of leadership experience and over 15 years of coaching, I help leaders discover deeper joy, fulfillment, and success—both personally and professionally.

In addition, I am the Chapter Chair of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) in Saratoga Springs.Through chapters around the world, WPO provides a unique space for leaders to find sound, relevant advice, solutions to business challenges and like-minded entrepreneurs who celebrate each other with energy and warmth.

Why did you decide to become a Palette SHERO?

 I am a life long learner and joining  provides an opportunity for me to keep growing.

Why is giving back important to you?
In my life I have had so many people support me —in moments big and small—they shaped who I have become.  Paying it forward is a gift back to those who supported me. 

What’s the best advice you’ve ever gotten?
Listen to all perspectives with an open mind and be curious.
